Villa By The Bay is set lower on the Samrong slope than its hillside neighbours, so the infinity pool reads almost level with the water — the view is less about altitude and more about feeling like the bay starts at the edge of the deck.
Three en-suite bedrooms plus a smaller fourth nanny room make it comfortable for a family of six (or up to eight at a push). The kitchen is well stocked for self-catering breakfasts and lighter meals — large fridge, microwave, espresso machine and a full set of utensils — and the living room opens straight onto the pool deck.
Unlimited electricity, fast Wi-Fi, hotel-grade linens, towels, toiletries, mid-stay housekeeping and airport pickup are included. Baby cot, highchair and BBQ available free on request.

The location
The villa’s lower-slope position is the headline: Samrong Bay Beach is about 100 metres away and the walk takes under five minutes, so morning swims before breakfast are a realistic plan.
The wider neighbourhood is a gated residential pocket on the NE peninsula with a couple of local restaurants and a small shop within walking distance. Six Senses’ “Dining on the Rocks” is the nearest fine-dining option, and Choeng Mon, the airport and Chaweng are all within a 5–10 minute drive.
