Villa Astra is our newest build and the most design-led home in the collection — a four-bedroom property priced as a three-bedroom, because the fourth en-suite sits on the main floor with its own private entrance, ideal for a nanny, in-laws or a couple wanting independence from the rest of the group.
The three upstairs bedrooms each have a king bed and en-suite, and the whole villa is powered by a dedicated solar system — quieter, cooler, and one of the reasons Astra feels noticeably more modern than its neighbours. A private lock-up garage, full kitchen and big sofa-anchored living room round it out.

The location
Astra is positioned high on the Samrong hillside, with the upstairs bedrooms facing directly out over the bay — the sunset view from the living-room sofa is one of the things returning guests mention most.
Samrong Bay Beach is a short walk down the lane, and Six Senses’ “Dining on the Rocks” is the nearest restaurant. Choeng Mon (5 min by car), Chaweng and the airport (10 min) and Fisherman’s Village (15 min) are all within easy reach without losing the residential calm at home.
