Villa Annam Princess is a three-bedroom hillside home with a small added bonus: a separate nanny bedroom with its own en-suite, ideal for families travelling with childcare or for a fourth couple who don’t mind a smaller room.
The pool deck and living area both face the bay, and the kitchen is set up for proper cooking — dishwasher, espresso machine and a full set of utensils — rather than just reheating takeaway. The three primary bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and quality hotel linens.
Included with every booking: unlimited electricity, fast Wi-Fi, towels, toiletries, mid-stay housekeeping and airport pickup. Baby cot, highchair and charcoal BBQ are available on request, no surcharge.

The location
Annam Princess is tucked into the upper Samrong hillside — the kind of spot where you hear birds and the breeze instead of the road. The bay panorama from the pool reaches across to Koh Phangan in clear weather.
Samrong Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk, with Six Senses’ “Dining on the Rocks” the nearest restaurant. Choeng Mon Beach is 5 minutes by car, the airport and Chaweng both about 10, and Fisherman’s Village 15 — close enough for a dinner out, far enough that home stays quiet.
